B-O-M-B-S-H-E-L-L: "I Will Jail Former President Goodluck Jonathan" - Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari who started his official visit to the US yesterday has promised to bring to book all those he claimed stole Nigerian wealth in the last 5 years of Dr Goodluck Jonathan's administration.

The Administration have finalized ground to arrest and start the prosecution of former President Goodluck Jonathan for spending $2.1Billion from the Excess Crude Account (ECA) for the payment of Fuel Subsidies debts to Oil Marketers without authorization.

The Administration accuses the former President of spending the Tax Income from NLG which they claimed, should have been paid into the Federation account for the Period he was in Government.
Buhari in the last week started the arrest and detention of some officials that worked for former President Jonathan. The DSS laid siege on Mr. Dasuki Sambo's Residence in Abuja and accused him of planning to overthrow Buhari's government with 5 Bulletproof cars, 7 Assault Rifles and N10million.
Some high ranking officials of Buhari's administration and Party are accusing Mr. Dasuki of being the sponsor of the Radio Biafra, a radio station formed over 8 years ago.
Dr. Goodluck Jonathan's former Chief of Staff, Mr. Gordon Obua, a diabetic patient was also arrested and detained in an underground cell on July 16, 2015 without charges, proper contact with relatives or medical care.

Nigerians are very sure that Buhari is looking for the "Big Fish", and that fish is Goodluck Jonathan, but the problem is that his accusation against the former President are seen as mere waste of time. The former government has error proof accounting system and operated with records that detailed out every spending to the last kobo.

On the LNG tax incomes allegation against Goodluck Jonathan, according to Hope For Nigeria, the Buhari's government are ignorant of the fact that LNG was given a 10 years Tax Holidays in 2004 by Obasanjo's administration, which expired in 2014.

Buharis government claiming that Jonathan squandered the Tax Income from LNG is rubbish, as the Company is not suppose not to pay tax throughout Obasanjo, Yar'adua and Jonathan's administration. This implies that Buhari is looking for what never existed and only making a publicity stunt to some gullible Nigerians and less informed.

Two weeks ago, Buhari approved a Rescue Package to state governments estimated to be over N1.2Trillion from the empty treasury, without approval from the Senate as required by law or any government agency.

This is the same offence Buhari is accusing former President Jonathan for paying the Fuel Subsidies debts from ECA fund without authorization from FCA.

The $2.1Billion ECA spending was announced to FCA and the Economy Minister, Dr Okonji-Iweala made several Press releases about it. She has posted every details of this spending before and the time the expenses were made. This level of financial disclosure according to Hope For Nigeria is what have been lacking in Nigeria previous governments and instead copying or praising them, Buhari choose to play to the gallery.

We support Buhari's claim to fight corruption, but selective justice or witch hunting is what we detest.

Nigerians are waiting for Buhari and any antics he may employ to jail Dr Jonathan. He told Nigerians that of the 36 APC members shortlisted for Ministerial appointment, 33 of them failed his test, as a result of their past corruption records.
President Buhari should as a matter of urgency, publish their names and also forward them to the DSS and EFCC for prosecution if he actually is fighting Corruption. - Hope For Nigeria.

Why Detroit has the largest satanist temple chapter in the US

The "largest public satanic ceremony in history" took place last Saturday in Detroit, a city that has the largest and oldest chapter of a national Satanist organization.  The group unveiled a nearly 9-foot tall bronze statue of a goat-headed Baphomet in a private ceremony attended by 600 ticket holders, Lucien Graves, co-founder of the national Satanic Temple organization in Boston. The Satanic Temple in Detroit has more than 200 registered members. "They are so active and well-organized," Graves said. "There's probably been another wave of interest since this event."  The Detroit chapter is the first of the national organization, Graves said. He credits the Detroit chapter's founder Jex Blackmore with the growth of the chapter since it was established there in August 2014. "It's more or less because of her. She was just a very confident person who started working with us," Graves said further. The pair...

Inside her desert oasis! Lady Gaga enjoys freebie stay at $12 million mansion while headlining Coachella

She was the headliner for both weekends of Coachella this year. And while in the desert for the annual musical festival, Lady Gaga stayed at a $12 million Mediterranean mansion, courtesy of Airbnb. The 31-year-old made herself at home in the sprawling 9,500 square foot home, with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. The normally $10,000-a night Airbnb listing is located in Rancho Mirage, which is just a 25 minute drive from the festival in Indio, California. Lady Gaga replaced Beyonce as the headliner for Coachella; Beyonce pulled out of the festival shortly after announcing that she's pregnant with twins. On Monday, the artist thanked Airbnb for the home as she posed next to a large fireplace in a pink hoodie; she wrote: 'Thank you @airbnb for my desert home. A wonderful gift!' While prepping for her Coachella gig, the Grammy award winning songstress rested at the mega estate, which has 360 degree mountain views and a resort style pool. The kitchen had st...

Dangote Blames Taxes, Levies For Nigeria's Expensive Cement As Export Prices Undercut Local Market

Reporter like asked: why is Dangote Cement made in Nigeria but sold outside Nigeria cheaper than your cement sold in Nigeria? Dangote: “When you look at my invoice, the cement I export is cheaper than the one I’m selling domestically, because that’s how exports work...In export I’m saving a lot of money. I’m not paying 30% income tax, I’m not paying 2% education, I’m not paying 1% health, I’m not paying 7.5% VAT, and I’m not paying 10% withholding tax.” And he omitted bank fees. Practically, there is no way any human can avoid being charged fees by Nigerian banks. I understand most of those fees are statutory, which means banks have no other option. But when a big dude like Aliko looks at his bank account, he can see another 0.5% of mindless fees here and there on deductions. Fellow Citizens: do you know that banks charge you about 0.5% for transferring your money from your USD dorm account to any part of the world? You may not notice until you behave like an accounting stu...
